Hot start function
The no-load voltage of the product reaches 78V, and the current value is increased momentarily at the start of welding, allowing smooth arc start.
Anti-sticking function
At the start of welding, the welding rod does not stick easily and good penetration can be obtained.
Press this button once to adjust the welding current through the current adjustment dial. (adjustment range: 0-160a)
Press this button twice to adjust the arc force current with current adjustment dial. (adjustment range: 0-60a)
Press this button 3 times to adjusts the hot start current with current adjustment dial. (adjustment range: 0-60a)
Use a plate thickness that is approximately twice the diameter of the welding rod as a guide.
Example: When using a 2.0Φ welding rod for iron, the weldable plate thickness is 2.0mm to 4.0mm.
It may change slightly depending on the power supply status, posture, and material.
